AVPeek keeps the officially supplied Japanese title as the authoritative name of a work.
Official title
When no translation exists, the Japanese original is used in the heading, title tag, and structured data. Translation availability never determines indexing eligibility.
Derived translations
Machine-translated or otherwise derived titles are clearly labeled when shown. They are never presented as official titles.
Edition merging
Digital, physical, and rental editions of the same work are combined into one work record while preserving edition identifiers and release dates.
